Kayla Kutylowski

I never considered myself an artist until the last few years, but I have always been drawn to creative things. When I was in high school, I enrolled in a stained glass class and fell in love. It wasn’t until years later I acquired my own tools and started glasswork again. I also fell in love with horses around this time which led me to my career as a farrier (horseshoer). I practice proportions and bending metal daily to achieve the best fit possible for each horse. I love the science behind it but mostly the art of it. My favorite pieces to make are combining my passions for horseshoes and glass to make unique window features! I am inspired and supported everyday by my husband, Joel Kutylowski who is an arts tour member as well!
